ZAKIYA

Assalamu-Alaikum. This is the universal Islamic greeting which means 'Peace be upon you'.
My name is Zakiya which means 'pure' or 'intelligent'.  I'm your typical 17 year old girl. I enjoy reading, playing tennis, bowling, going to movies, hanging out with my friends,  surfing the Net (especially on my new computer), blah, blah, blah. As you could have guessed I'm from Gauteng in South Africa. I am currently in Grade 11 (Standard 9) at the Pretoria Muslim School. I haven't made up my mind what field I would like to venture in after completing school, but my three choices are Dietetics, Genetics or Virology.
