Activity

Having audited your school, it is appropriate to know more about security from different perspectives.

Explore these key infrastructure and security issues and these basic types of security systems. The former describes safety issues to consider when having ICTs in schools.
Now answer these questions:

In your opinion, what is the best way to ensure the safety and security of ICTs at the school?
Where is, in your view, the most secure place to keep ICTs at your school?
What type of security can be put in place to protect equipment from lightning, for e.g.?
Incorrect furniture can result in body stress. What can you do to avoid this at your school?

Participate in a group discussion online (using the subject heading "Security"). Discuss the questions from point 2 above.
