The purpose of this activity is to give
you the opportunity to role play a range of problems that
commonly occur in schools in your country and to reflect on
possible solutions to these problems now that you are gaining
insight into new concepts in school management.
Activity
Read the following four scenarios
and identify the problems that exist in these schools
in making comments in your e-diary.
Identify if you are
experiencing a similar problem at your school. How
would you handle these situations?
After you have had a chance to
think through the problem-solving strategies that
you would use, participate in an online discussion with your group (using the subject heading "School scenarios") and discuss the strategy you would use to address at least one of the issues described above.
