The purpose of this activity is for you to phrase questions that will involve your learners in meaningful searches for and use of information.

 

Activity

  1. Identify a section of work that you will be doing this year.
  2. Based on the guidelines outlined in Phrasing questions for research, write three open questions that will be challenging, thought-provoking and will encourage learners to explore the topic in more depth.
  3. Send these questions in an e-mail to your group.
  4. Give feedback to at least three members of your group about their questions
  5. Once you have received feedback about your questions, make any changes that you feel are necessary.

Use your e-diary to write your final thoughts about this module.
