What is a webByte?

A Web Byte is a one-lesson activity consisting of:

  • One website; and
  • One or a few questions.

Examples of Web Bytes include:

The Milky Way

What does endangered mean?

The idea originates from the Web Byte website , hosted by The learning space.

The Web Byte uses the resources of the Internet, a small bite at a time, and usually just one site. Web Bytes are used to teach students one idea or concept. The Web Byte is related to the essential learning requirements. A Web Byte also contains selected technology skills to be learned or practiced.
