It's true that everyone should be responsible for their own sexual activities, but if you have any respect for another person's life - especially a person that you love - then you should at least tell your sexual partner about you HIV status. Then it's up to that person  to decide whether they want to continue the relationship. You can't make the decision for someone else, especially a decision that could lead to death.
