Nomsa has just been paid off because her employers found out that she was HIV+. Nomsa is not covered by labour law so there is no possibility of suing her ex-employer for unfair  labour practice. Fortunately for Nomsa, her husband had taken out a retirement ammunity ten years previously and so she has been paid out R25 000. Nomsa's daughter has asked her to come and live with her and her husband and to invest her money in their very lucrative hair salon for a handsome monthly return. Should Nomsa be left to pay for her own medication, or should the Government consider her for treatment because of her unfair dismissal.
