The best thing about the story "Stone Soup" is that the three soldiers and the peasants making stone soup. I thought the best tasting vegetable was the carrot. It would be nice if we could try stone soup.

The best thing about the soup "Stone Soup" is that it had food in it that I liked. We got to cut up food like: potatoes and carrots. We got to carry barley to the cooking pot. When it was done we got to taste and it taste like vegetable soup.

I think the best thing about "Stone Soup" is when the soldiers tricked the peasants. The
soldiers tricked the peasants by talking about stone soup. The peasants hid their food so the soldiers wouldn't eat it all.

I think the best thing about the soup was dipping the bread in the soup. I like when my Mom came in to have some fun too. I like the soup with the good food that was in it.
