Overview
Mars Madness is your passport to the fascinating world of Mars. It is designed to motivate students in grades 4-6 to study about Mars. Mars Madness is a fun interactive place to explore and at the same time learn about Mars' terrain, atmosphere, weather, seasons, exploration, and how Mars compares to Earth. After you have explored our "Mars Madness" website and hopefully learned a lot about Mars, we have some exciting, thought-provoking activities at our "Mars Mania" webpage. Get your calculator out and try our "Mars Math Mania" to test your problem solving skills. Then launch-on to our "Mars to the MaxREMOTE" adventure page where you will need to overcome obstacles as you discover the Martian survival systems. Also, we have a page to test your knowledge of Mars and by using our helpful glossary page, it will help you to solve our crossword puzzles. Another fun activity to improve your knowledge of Mars is our Mars Madness Scavenger Hunt that requires you to use our special web searcher called Harry. Another fun feature you should not miss is to participate in our Mars Madness Poll. This poll will give you some idea of what other people's opinions are about Martian issues. Now to top it off, you can send postcards from Mars to whoever has connection to the Internet! Last but not least, a special page, "Just for Teachers," includes a lesson plan on how teachers can use this interactive website with their classes.

Before you leave "Mars Madness" don't forget to sign our guestbook and also make sure you stop at our message board.
