There are plenty of things to do in Cape Town. You can have a wonderful cablecar ride up to the top of the beautiful Table Mountain. There is a restaurant and some lovely walks. You see lots dassies and birds too. I went up on my eighth birthday with a friend. It is closed right now because they are making the cablecar bigger, but will open again soon.

 Kirstenbosch is a beautiful place with lots of different flowers including our Protea. There are hikes and a braille garden for the blind. There is a hike that goes up the mountain, we tried it but didn't get there. We were too tired when we got half way up the mountain.

 

[The Waterfront]

The Victoria and Alfred Waterfront is an exciting place to go. It has boat trips to Robben Island or just around the Waterfront, I haven't gone on one yet but I'd like to. It's got many interesting shops, restaurants, toy stores and most important of all our Two Oceans Aquarium. I went there when it had been open for about a month. I think it is a really interesting and beautiful place. Cape Town offers lots of fun and excitement.
