I really enjoyed your Web page and all your articles. They were very interesting. My sons and I went on a whale watching trip April 18 out of Long Beach and we did see about four whales. They were so neat! Especially out in the wild. Well, I wasn't able to see J.J. in captivity but I'm sure she's doing just fine now that she has that big open ocean to swim around in!

We came to see JJ last November. I knew it would be one of our only chances to see a gray whale in captivity. I enjoyed watching JJ. She didn't swim much at all and only floated by the gate, but I enjoyed looking over her vast features.
