A Visit with J.J.
s part of our project we spent a day at
SeaWorld as guests of Dr. Tom Reidarson, staff
veterinarian, and Robin Kendall, educational specialist.
| In the movie you'll see three segments: First, Leah and Amelia visit the huge whale tank where J.J. has lived for the last year. Then, right next door to J.J. live the killer whales, her most dangerous enemies in the wild. In the last shot, J.J. surfaces for a breath and you can hear her exhale and clearly see her double blowholes. (Too bad you can't smell her fish breath like we could!) |
