A site map is a visual way of showing how a website is structured or laid out. It acts as a guide to what can be found on a website, and allows users to choose the direction in which they would like to go. A site map often starts with a sketch similar to the one on this page.

What you have in your outline of content is the start of a site map. Most good websites would have a site map to assist the reader to find information easily. Here are two examples of site maps:
