Optional Activity 4A-2: Putting information
in the right order
|
|
This activity should not take more than 25
minutes of the learners time.
- Preparation:
Design and type a document that requires events to
be placed in a specific order, for example historical dates,
a process such as metamorphosis (change), a recipe; or the word
order of words in a sentence. Type the items in an incorrect
order.
- Lesson:
Take a group of learners to the word processor and
ask them to use cut-and-paste to place the items in the correct
order.
- Sharing:
Send an example of the original activity and
the learners' completed answers as an attachment in a message to
your group (using the subject heading "Learning tool"). Think about how the lesson worked and how it didn't,
and include these observations in your message to the group.
- Read
the messages from your group and respond to at least two of the
messages, especially if you feel that you can contribute
towards solving a problem.
