Online software review websites

Very few sites with catalogues of educational reviews and evaluations are truly objective. They either have a desire to sell their software or are beholden to the suppliers of software to provided software to review. This must be taken into consideration when reading reviews. These URLs are correct at the time of writing. Catalogues of websites where you had to pay were not included.
