When you receive a file which has been zipped, you need WinZip to open the file. In the example we will unzip a file called Funwords.zip and five files will be extracted.
| Click on Start Click on Programs Click on WinZip Click on the Winzip item with

| It is a shareware programme, so if you have not registered it, click I Agree. |

| Click on the File menu
and select Open Archive. or Click on the |

button.
| Select the required zipped file and click on Open. |

| The files in the archive are extracted. Exit the programme. Click on the File menu Click on Exit Those files have been uncompressed and are ready for use. |
