Load a graphic by: Clicking on the Insert tab
Look in the drive and folder where the picture
is saved. This may vary from person to person. The example
below looks in the Family folder, but you may have
your own graphics folder.
When you click on the picture, a Format tab becomes available. Using the formatting tools you will be able to brighten, contrast, re colour, crop the picture as well as apply effects adn borders.
Moving a picture If you want to drag your picture around and re-position it, click over the picture and then select Position on the Format tab. Select the required option or select More Layout Options for specific positions.
To re-size a graphic Click on the graphic to make it active. When you see the double arrow, click and drag your mouse towards the centre of the picture. Release the mouse button once you have the picture size you want. or if you want to specify the exact size of the picture, right click on the picture, select Size
You can specify the exact size of the picture in one of two ways: either by changing the width and length by clicking the up or down arrows on the Size group on the menu.
