Microsoft Word 2007 - Insert a comment

 

The ability to add comments to a document is particularly useful to teachers. They are like electronic sticky notes.

Select a word, sentence or any portion of text about which you want to make a comment.

In the Review tab, click on the New Comment icon

 

You will now see a bubble appear to the right of the text, as shown below.

Write comments inside the bubble.
