Graphics from a file Educators often build up a collection of subject specific graphics saved in a special file. They may be found on a flash disk in the E drive, in a folder on the C drive or on a CD-ROM disk in the D drive. To insert graphics from a file On the Insert tab, select Picture
An Insert Picture dialog box opens,
In the Look in bar, explore until you find the required folder. In the specific drive, scroll up or down until you find the required file.
Click on Insert. The picture is inserted into the presentation. The handles are ready for resizing.
Clipart To insert clipart: On the Insert tab, select Clip Art Select/ search for suitable Clipart and click Insert.
To insert Autoshapes: On the Insert tab, select Shapes
Click a suitable shape to insert. Then click and drag the shape onto your slide. WordArt To insert WordArt : On the Insert tab, select WordArt. Click to choose an appropraite style.
Moving To move an object such as a box or graphic
select it, the mouse pointer changes to a cross Hold the cursor down and pull the graphic to the new position.
