Whilst browsing the Internet, you may
want to save pages from a website so that you can view
them at any time, even if you are not connected to the Internet.
This is called offline viewing.
To save a page for offline viewing:
Using your web browser, connect to the
Internet and load the page that you want to save.
Click Favorites | Add to Favorites...
on the Menu bar.
The 'Add Favorites' dialog box
appears as shown:
Click the Make available offline
check box.
The Customize.. button becomes active.
Click Customize.. to define how
you want the web pages to be saved. This will bring up a
Wizard that will guide you through the customization as
follows:
Welcome screen: it tells you how the
Wizard will help you save the web pages for offline viewing.
If you do not want
to see this screen in the future, click the button alongside
"in the future, do not show this introduction screen"
at the bottom of the screen.
Click Next to continue.
If the web page that you
want to save contains links to other pages, graphics, etc.
- do you also want to save them?
If so, then click the Yes option and select
how many links deep the pages should be.

For example, assume that Page 1 contains
links to Page 2 and Page 2 contains links to Page 3.
If you are saving Page 1, then one link deep will save Pages
1 and 2. Two links deep will save Pages 1, 2 and 3.
Click Next to continue.
Choose how you want to update or synchronize
the contents of the page that you saved with the one that
is available on the Internet. It is best to choose the first
option, "Only when I choose Synchronise from the Tools
menu"

Click Next to continue.
If you chose to create a schedule (time
table) in the previous screen, to update the page that you
saved, then this screen allows you to set the schedule.

Click Next to continue.
Normally, there is no need for a user
name and password to access a website. But if required,
on this screen, set the user name and password.
Click Finish
to save your changes.
