A template has set styles for the layout, font and
background. A letterhead template may include the school logo, address
and contact details in the header. The principals name, school motto
or SMT members may appear on the footer. It is important to agree the
style of all official correspondence and to make this clear in the template.
Use styles to create the agreed format for normal text, body text, headings
